The lower body is the root system that connects us to the ground. We'll set a stable foundation in this deep dive into the hips. Explore the movements of the hip joint, contrasting mobility and flexibility, through active and passive approaches.

Explore unconventional and outside-the-box movements to see traditional shapes with new eyes. The use of props will open up new possibilities in shapes that perhaps seem out of reach.

$45 +GST (single class) or $80 + GST (weekend pass)
