reservation/cancellation policies

All spots in classes are open for reservation 6 days beforehand.

If class is full, please put your name on the online waitlist. You will be notified by email or text if a spot becomes available.

You can cancel your reservation any time 6 hours before the start of class. Any cancellation within 6 hours before class start or any no-shows will result in a deduction of class credit from your membership or class card.

Three late cancels or no shows will result in removal of your online reservation permissions for one month.

Please arrive no later than 5 min. before class for any online sign in. If arriving within the 5 min. before class start, please note that your spot may no longer be available.

Please note the door is locked at the start time of the class, no late entry will be permitted.

If you are coming to practice with us, please know that our room is heated to 30°C.

Please note that the teacher listed on the schedule will be the one leading the class regardless of the (substitute) label.
