Stop what you’re doing right now, close your eyes and take three slow deep breaths. Notice how your body and mind let go of tension and stress with just a few conscious moments? Join Katie for a 90 minutes breath and meditation session where you will learn how and why your breath impacts you, how you can strengthen your respiratory system, and the benefits of breathing for your overall health. This session will also include time for stillness in meditation.
