Join Julie Gallant to learn how to help yourself and maintain positive physical change with a Tune Up workshop.
With the help of Therapy Balls, in this 90 minute workshop you will learn how to be an active part of the recovery, maintenance and/or improvement of your bodies’ muscular and fascial systems. We will work on various muscle groups, taking extra time in the commonly tight areas. Get ready to feel increased mobility & softness but most importantly – confidence and motivation to take charge of the maintenance of your body!
About Julie:
Julie Gallant is an RMT and Yoga teacher who has recently joined the Oneness Health Collective Team, at the back of One Yoga. For the past 5 years, Julie has taught weekly “Tune-up” classes, empowering clients and students to take care of their bodies. Her classes are inclusive and accessible to yogi’s & non-yogi’s alike; drawing in sports teams, office workers, athletes, students and more. Julies anatomical knowledge and hands-on experience with the human body delivers a relatable, educational and empowering class.
