This will be the yin class of your dreams. Join Emily for two whole hours of slowing down to receive and rest. She will guide you into classic yin and restorative postures interspersed with practical tools to actually slow down when you are back out in the world.
This is for anyone, but especially those who experience anxiety, are overthinkers, and always need to be doing something (so, really everyone). You can expect to leave blissed out, with the tools to access calm on a daily basis.
