Join Natalie (a certified prenatal yoga teacher) in discovering just how strong and open you can be during pregnancy. This course will aid in body awareness, breath, concentration, strength, stretching, empowerment, and provide a great little community at the same time. There is lots of availability for questions and ensuring that the postures are tailored to what you need. Yoga is one of the best ways to prepare for the birth day and we want to support you on that journey. It includes 5 classes that build on each other so you can progress in the practice.
