This 5 week series is for all mamas that want to move their body safely and effectively during any point in their pregnancies. This is a safe and inclusive space for anyone on their prenatal journey and is facilitated by Natalie who is trained in prenatal yoga. Whether you have previously enjoyed yoga or are starting it for the first time, the class will work for you.
The transition of the body and mind is massive during the 40 weeks of pregnancy and this can help to allow you to trust yourself and the process.
We will not only practice the postural work of yoga to strengthen the body and mind but also use breathing techniques, visualization, pelvic floor work, and more to set you up for your birth day.
