Join a community of other mamas-to-be and embrace this amazing journey in a safe, non judgmental space. We will move, breathe, meditate, visualize, explore pelvic floor exercises, share experiences if desired and support one another along the way. Classes are designed for any stage of pregnancy. All are welcome from beginners to experienced students. Practices will be breath focused, safe and options will always be given.
