Come learn with Susannah, a pelvic floor physiologist and a long time One Yoga practitioner. She will be covering a variety of topics including:
*pelvic symptoms and how to modify
*pelvic floor anatomy
*how to activate core and pelvic floor
*yoga in pregnancy and postpartum
*poses to relax the pelvic floor
Pelvic curious people of all genders and ages are welcome.
Susannah (she her) has been practicing yoga for 25 years, and physiotherapy for almost 20. She brings a warm playful energy to her work and teaching. She strives to provide trauma informed and empowering care to people of all ages and genders.
