Join Em upside down! This class is designed for all levels and is a fun and inclusive way to learn to play upside down!
You will utilize efficient and effective drills to strengthen the upper body and core, as well as wake up the legs, to ensure safety when you take flight. A focus on alignment, as well as wrist and shoulder health will allow you to feel empowered to play on your hands. We will explore the foundations of handstand headstand and forearm stand.
