Feel it to the Core is a four-week progressive series that will guide you on how to tap into your power center: your core. Each week will have anatomy components, functional in-class exercises, and asana practices. Classes include an interactive discussion of anatomy and alignment followed by a vinyasa practice to tie these elements together. Leave feeling more empowered, stable, and centered.

$95 + GST (includes all 4 weeks, 75 min classes)
