Kids Yoga & Mindfulness Camp - July

Kids Yoga & Mindfulness Camp - July

Join us for a kids yoga and mindfulness camp. In this camp you can expect a yoga class to be taught at an age appropriate level allowing kids to gain the benefits of yoga in a fun, safe environment. Mindfulness practices will be blended into the practice and each day the kids will leave with a tool or craft to support their practice. As much as possible we ask that the small humans participate in all five days as it gets easier for them (as they learn the poses) and can see themselves progressing. This is part of the enjoyment and skill building.

Ages 5 - 10 will be at 2:00-3:00pm

PLEASE READ: As there is a limit to the amount of little beings we will accept, please register them if you know they are coming. Pre-registration will be for the entire program. Please create an account for each child coming under their own name. Drop-ins won't be sold online to ensure space for those doing the entire program. If you wish to reserve space for drop-ins, please come into the studio.
