Weekend warriors, gym junkies and competitive athletes alike, this Series is for you. Join Exercise Physiologist and former provincial and national karate champion Kaitlin Armstrong as we explore all the benefits yoga including:

- Build healthy range of motion in multi planar, multi joint movements that integrate the core musculature to reinforce the body's resiliency and adaptability

- Breath and movement practices to release physical and emotional tension that inhibits peak performance

- Increase mind-body awareness, posture and proprioreception to improve injury prevention and recovery

- Receive a pre-training sequence to prepare body and a post-training sequence for flexibility and relaxation
