Vinyasa Yoga for Beginners with Jen Craig-Evans
Are you brand new to yoga but you know it will be an absolute benefit to your life? Jen Craig-Evans will guide you through a 4 week series aimed at introducing you to the basics and preparing you to head into our “All-Levels Vinyasa” classes at the studio. We will break down the basic postures and sequences, giving you the confidence to continue progressing with the rest of the yogis in our rad One Yoga Victoria community. Absolutely no experience is necessary and we will limit the class to a maximum of 8 students to allow for lots of one-on-one assistance.
