Body Intelligence Series
Join Kaitlin Armstrong in this special series. Every Body is Unique and everybody deserves an understanding of their own individual body. This workshop will empower a healthy relationship with functional mobility, alignment and biomechanics in your yoga practice. This practice of developing body intelligence is rooted in the foundation of Ahimsa, "non- harming". You will learn how to wake up stabilizing muscles groups that are essential to the overall health of joints, you will experience deconstructed postures that enlighten your practice and you will enjoy freedom in knowing how to best take care of your unique self. All bodies welcome.

Week 2: Pep in Your Step: Awakening the muscles of the pelvis that support you knees and low back
Week 3: Foundations of upside down fun: Wrists, Shoulders and Neck
Week 4: Back Bending for Lifelong
